KW X-port, 3DS Max, and XNA


I'm having a bit of an interesting issue that I hope someone can help me out with. First of all, I'm a programmer and have 0 modeling skills. A friend of mine created a model in 3DS Max 2011 and exported the model (with animations) for me via the latest KW X-port plugin. The model loads correctly in the Microsoft DirectX viewer, So I'm assuming that the model is constructed properly. I added the model into the Animation Viewer project as a test. The model shows up in the file selector list without issue. When I load the model, all I can see is the right side of the model in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I cannot make the model pan or do any of the other functions that the archer model can do (such as zoom in and out, etc). Does this mean that something is wrong with the model? My friend exported the model exactly how the screenshot specifies in the XNA Animation Libraries readme file. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
