Have recently started using your library although all the animations supplied work well when I try and load some .X files from a model pack I run into this error and help would be great!!

If you read that error
If you read that error message, what does it suggest that you should do with your model?
If you look at the documentation for kW X-port, is there something in the content pipeline part which might match?
Animation Problem
Sorry for the last couple spams wasn't logged into my account. Quick question if I'm using a model pack can I still use this tool animation viewer tool ?

I have no idea what a "model pack" is.
However, if you have a properly exported .X file (or .FBX file), and you add it to an XNA content project, and process it with the correct Animation Processor content pipeline processor, then any file should work fine (as long as it doesn't use too many bones in a single mesh, etc).
The error says "not processed with the Animation Processor" for this very reason.

So in the case i'm using model packs that have been exported to .X files I can't use this tool ?

I'm currently using a model pack and not actually exporting this data from 3ds max does this make a difference when using KiloWatt Animation Viewer ?
